Certified Personal Care Assistant (PCA)
SHIFTS OFFERED: We offer flexible hours, which include days, evenings, and weekends.
SHIFTS AVAILABLE IN: Spotsylvania and Stafford counties.
Responsibilities:
-Provide our clients with safe, compassionate, and reliable care with dignity.
-Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
-Assist with mobility and transfers, including using mobility aids and equipment.
-Medication reminder.
-Basic food preparation: assist with meal preparation and feeding, ensuring dietary requirements are met and shopping.
-Perform light housekeeping duties, including cleaning and organizing the client’s living space.
-Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
-Veteran care, Alzheimer’s care, and Dementia care.
-Back-up care (or respite) services: providing other caregivers a break.
Requirements:
-Previous experience and must have certification.
-Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures.
-Ability to follow medical documentation procedures accurately.
-Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative.
-Must have a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
-Must pass a background check and drug screening.
-Must have a Certificate: (PCA, HHA or CNA).

Salary: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour
